Those are 11's, 18's and 19's. It is extended bars to show equivalent values for the double
digit frets. I HIGHLY prefer the first methof because it requires less position changing
than the second (but not by much) and FAR less tahn the third. I suggest NOT playing it
using the third method unless you are practicing position changes.
